    The vicinity of this hotel share the same alley as other small hotels. Good for light travellers who seek value for the money while experiencing local Thai foor and shopping. Be ready though since it is located in a very narrow alley, some grab drivers will not go in and just drop you from a few walks away. Noy good for travellers with lots of baggage.

    The room rates is rather high. The room is beautiful & everything is new. The location is central & near to many good food outlets. Many massage outlets within walking distance.

    If you like to shop for clothing. This is 1 of the most convenient hotel, few minutes walk to morning and night Pratunam market. 1st night floor was dusty, 2nd day ask for room service it was clean after that. Pros:- 1) Location near to Pratunam mkt 2) Clean bedsheets and towels, comfy pillow, both left&right side table got charging ports. 3) Both friendly reception -1 Female duty morning til eve and 1 male usually duty at night 4) Spacious room and toilet 5) 5to8 minutes from/to Ratchpraprop ARL, very convenient. For Grab please type Ratchpraprop ARL Exit 2 if you have heavy luggages, there are lift at this Exit. 6) Thai Dee Massage next to hotel is recommended. 7) YouTube available. One of the night we were stuck at hotel due heavy rain, we ordered grab food and watch Youtube. 8) Few 711 nearby Cons:- 1) I took ARL both to and from airport. Grab cannot really access til front hotel, very narrow road. You need to walk few minutes out to more less traffic area. Tjunction near hotel always heavy traffic. Please try to call Grab/Bolt earlier, some may cancel halfway due to heavy traffic to come in. If using ARL with small luggage can consider tuk tuk. ARL cost thb40 per person 1 way but Grab to Airport cost ard thb500 on Friday 11.30am-12pm , depending your time. 2) If hotel can provide hangers at bathroom door will be good. 3) Got flushing issue, need to dispose toilet paper at dustbin Cannot flush inside toilet. As such, even though no room service i suggest hotel shd dispose our toilet and room rubbish daily. 4) i try to communicate with lady staff any laundry service nearby, she recommended opposite hotel. But when i walk in seems to be no laundry service opposite boutique hotel. If hotel can suggest nearby laundry service will be good. Overall we had a good stay convenient with clean room. Will recommend to others.
