👎 unstable WATER supply. A staff informed us ahead that there is no water in the toilet flush because they are giving way for the shower water supply but unfortunately around 9-10am there is no water but it came back slowly! So take a bath early.

It's a good place to stay if you're a solo traveler. Staff's are accommodating. Quite not good yung room ko when it comes dun sa sink ng bathroom kasi may leak sya and hindi soundproof yung room, so possible na marining yung ginagawa ng other side ng room. But all in all, the place was still recommendable for budget friendly stay in Baguio. Thank you again.

The price for one night’s stay was reasonable. However, the experience was unpleasant due to multiple issues:
1. Cleanliness of the room – There were cockroaches in the bathroom and around the sink area. Your food might even get eaten if you leave it in the kitchen area.
2. Poor network signal and no Wi-Fi in the room – They have multiple Wi-Fi connections, but none of them reach the room. There was one available network, but it wasn’t working, and I was simply told to keep trying to connect.
3. No means of entertainment – Since there was no connection, the TV in the room didn’t work. The place is quite isolated, so it was very quiet with no form of entertainment at all.
4. No water from the faucet – I was about to wash my face and brush my teeth when I noticed there was no water coming from the faucet. We were informed that the water supply does not reach that area.
5. Unsanitary utensils – We were about to eat and use the utensils, but I noticed that they still had rice stuck on them. We couldn’t even wash them because there was no water coming from the sink faucet.
The only thing I appreciated was that breakfast was served on time, as requested. Other than that, there was nothing remarkable about the stay.
