    it is a very nice neat & clean hotel. Location is vey beautiful. But the location is very far from regular routes. If you are travelling by your own vehicle (self or rented), opt for this place. Good for spending leisure time.

    All in all it was a baddd experience! Would not recommend The road from Ooty to the hotel is extremely dangerous. And also the hotel is located on a very steep hill wherein the staff will ask you to hike all the way to you room as the car will not be able to ride up. I had booked 2 rooms which looked decent in the pictures but once I reached there we were given some other rooms that were not very clean and the bathrooms were extremely extremely dirty. To reach the room we had to take an extra hike and in my case I had elderly people who couldn’t walk so much hence I requested for a room that’s near to the reception area so that we don’t have to walk but the staff clearly denied doing so. The reception is extremely irresponsive , there’s lack of proper staff to look after the place. Additionally when I told one of the staff that we won’t be able to hike the mountain just to reach the room I was getting taunted by the staff. !
