I booked premium sea view room.. What we actually got is partial sea view.
I asked for honeymoon arrangements then we got nothing.. Also they provided two single beds!
Their customer service are very slow response via phone.. I had to leave my room to discuss the issues in person with them.. they left me wait more than 15 minutes finally they offered me to pay *** extra charge per night to change the room
