Its a good experience even in very late night they still accomodate. Only need to improve is the location since it is easy to be flooded in front of the building.

The hotel is overpriced and does not offer good value for money. While it looks nice in the pictures, the actual property is already old and does not live up to the photos. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the corned beef, which tasted very cheap. There was also no hot water available in the shower, which was quite inconvenient.

This was our third time staying at this property, and unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience. I honestly wonder when the property underwent major changes because the condition of the hotel seems to have declined significantly compared to our previous stays. Before checking in, I called the hotel to inform them that we would be arriving late. During that call, the front desk did not mention that the Wi-Fi was not working. We only found out about it upon arrival. When we were informed that the Wi-Fi was not working and, at that point, there was nothing we could really do since we were already checked in, we simply accepted the situation and decided to stay without Wi-Fi until check-out. What was even more disappointing was the hot shower. We arrived shortly after 5 PM, rested for a while, and then went out to get dinner, so we did not have the chance to check whether the shower was working. It was only after 8 PM, when we were about to take a shower, that we discovered there was no hot water. I immediately reported this to the front desk, only to find out that they were already aware that the hot shower was not working due to an issue with their solar power setup. However, they failed to inform us about this when we checked in. This was especially frustrating because we booked this hotel specifically to avoid any hassle, as my partner was taking the Civil Service Exam the following day. The weather had also been cold and rainy for about a week, so having no hot shower was a significant inconvenience. I asked the front desk if the shower could still be fixed that night, but they said there was no guarantee. At that point, I asked if at least half of our payment could be refunded so that we could leave and book another hotel with working basic facilities. I was not asking for a refund simply because of the inconvenience, I wanted the option to transfer to another hotel. However, I was told that they do not offer same-day cancellations. I had to contact Agoda myself to seek assistance. The front desk told me that the issue had already been raised with their supervisor and that they were waiting for a resolution. Before 10 PM, I went back to the reception to ask for an update. Instead of a refund, they offered to upgrade us to a Business Suite for free. We appreciated the gesture, and the Business Suite did have a working hot shower. Unfortunately, the upgraded room had its own issues. There was a cockroach in the shower area, the bedboard was extremely dusty, and the TV, tables, and other surfaces were also noticeably dusty. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, and one of the towels still had a visible makeup stain. The room also did not seem properly prepared for a new guest. There was no room spray or freshening at all, which, together with the dust, stains, and cockroach, added to the overall impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned and prepared. Even our original room was not in good condition. The chairs looked very old and stained, and the room appeared as though it had not been thoroughly deep-cleaned for quite some time. There were also black stains on the walls. We also noticed that the building itself needs serious attention. On the way to the Business Suite, there was even a leak from the ceiling. Because of all the delays and inconvenience, we only managed to get to bed at almost midnight. We still had to take a shower before going to sleep, so the issue with the hot water and the room transfer significantly disrupted our evening. This was particularly frustrating since my partner had to take the Civil Service Exam the following day, and we booked the hotel specifically so we could rest early and prepare without any hassle. It is honestly a shame because the property has potential and the location is convenient. I hope the management and owner give the property the attention it needs, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance, and building upkeep
