    It is a good stay, its along the mainroad or the highway so its accessible. walking around 5-10 minutes to food parks near the port. the room is clean, don't expect a grand one. the room is neat, with towel and toiletries. the shower works except the heater but given the weather here, you won't need a hot water for bath, water is warm enough and cold enough. over all, its a good and quiet stay. thank you

    Out of nearly a dozen different hotels, hostels, and condos we stayed at on vacation, this one was the worst. Barely anything worked in the room, no TV, no working sink, no working toilet. The one girl who was at the desk waa not very helpful. Granted she did not speak english too well so I don't blame her, but she still just wasn't accomadating and gave me wierd looks. Not even a shared kitchen either. This place sucked. Also this Agoda app is either buggy and not working correctly or it is not letting me give low or 1 star, the ratings on this app are not accurate and are highly inflated.

    Very Disappointing Experience — Basic Facilities Were Not Available Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The facilities were terrible, especially the comfort room (CR). We stayed on the 2nd floor, but there was no water in the CR for our entire stay. We were instructed to use the public CR instead, which was honestly very unpleasant and disgusting. The public CR was not properly cleaned. The pail was dirty, and even the dipper had what looked like mud-like dirt inside it. These are basic hygiene and sanitation issues that should have been properly addressed. Another major problem was the lack of a generator. There was a power brownout during our stay, and we had no electricity for almost the entire day. Fortunately, electricity was restored at night. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in basic and essential facilities, particularly a generator for power interruptions and a proper water pump/booster system to ensure that water reaches the upper floors. The location may have its advantages, but the lack of basic utilities, cleanliness, and proper contingency measures made our stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this accommodation until these issues are addressed.
