    The property certainly has its pros going for it, at least for a solo traveler like me: cheap, near the highway, within walking distance to a convenience store (7 Eleven) and Dalaguete proper (at least if you don't mind walking 1-2 km lol). The covered pool is a plus when it's super hot outside, and they have expansive grounds that has some good spots for just chilling out. Staff is also responsive whenever I needed anything from them, so that's a plus too. Unfortunately, this property also has it cons. The beach is full of mud and slimy sea grass so it's not really good for frolicking in. The bed is spring-type so if you're used to foam mattresses, it takes some getting used to (and pretty noisy when you move too). Their air conditioner also takes a while to cool the room down and, like other reviewers have noted, the water pressure in their shower/faucet is super weak. Specific to my stay though was that they assigned me to a room that wouldn't close from the outside because the outside handle is broken. Fortunately I carried all of my valuables with me and basically left only my clothes in the room so I didn't really care, but this would be a serious issue for any other guest who can't carry all of their valuables with them.

    The room was dirty,smelly and poorly maintaned. The listing did not match the reality, and i feel misled by the description.
