I chose to stay at K’ool Hotel & Suites the night before my flight to the airport. Considering the price, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced staff who were as welcoming and friendly as they were here. They genuinely made me feel comfortable and well looked after.
The room was exactly as advertised- Clean, modern, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a short stay.
The only downside for me was the shower, as the water pressure was lower than I prefer. However, I didn’t mention it to the staff, so it’s possible they could have resolved the issue if I had asked.
The location is another positive. It’s very close to AEON Mall, which offers plenty of modern shops, restaurants, and international brands. The only minor inconvenience was that I couldn’t find many convenience stores within easy walking distance.
Overall, I had a great stay, and thanks to the excellent service from the staff, I would definitely consider staying here again.
