The hotel has an amazing location so close to the roman forum, circus maximus and colosseum. There's a farmers market just down the road every sunday I'd highly recommend going to. The staff are what makes tge place, they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Very personable.

My 84 yo Mum and I stayed in a room with 2 twin beds. The room was well appointed, super clean and uite spacious. The bathroom was clean with nice toiletries and the shower pressure was great!.. The desk staff was very helpful and made our stay easy and comfortable. The included breakfast was top notch. The hotel location is wonderful in that it is a bit out of the way from the main hustle and bustle of being right downtown but convenient to the ruins and in a very walkable location. I highly recommend staying here and will do so again the next time I am in Rome.

Staff was helpful and assisted with requests. Room however was on ground floor which is actually G-1 and one cannot see ground level outside the window which wasn’t pleasant having paid hefty amount for stay and mentioned higher floor on request form.

It may be geographically very close to the Palatine Hill but it’s a long walk to the entrance. Similarly a long walk to the metro, shops & HOHO bus stop. Overall not the convenient location it looks. The hotel itself is clean & welcoming with helpful reception staff though we found the standard room somewhat dark and dingy - though clean & adequate. Fridge but no in room tea/coffee. One of the major reasons we picked the hotel was for the outside space, thinking it would be lovely to have dinner in the garden, but the waiters advised against due to mossies. Suppose we should have thought of that! Garden wasn’t an option at breakfast time. Overall nice but some better options available for the price.
