Whenever i book hotels one of the things i look for with the hotels if they have elevators and i saw it has the location was very nice near the trevi ft…BUT if you’re travelling and booking for a group of 4 up it was disappointing bec only when we got there that we found out rooms those sizes were in another bldg and you have to climb up flights of steps to reach your rooms…they should inform people that when you book big rooms there will be no elevator to use…it was the start of our long trip and i was disappointed…one more i paid for 2 rooms of same size but the amenities in the other room like water kettle was not available in the other room…

We have never expected that we would get the a hotel that provides all the Best of Location, services and the hotel's personnel are very kind. You will find restaurants, cafes, gelateria and souvenirs shops just there with a few steps away from the hotel, Especially the Famous Trevi Fountain...!!! The hotel is a gem in the heart of Trevi fountain.

Just round the corner from Trevi fountain, walkable distance to all other attractions .The gentleman who checked me in was most unpleasant, in his manner. Firstly he asked me to show him a printed copy of my booking which was a bit of a surprise to me. I would have thought one is given a printed copy by the hotel instead, I did not have this as I was not aware, he then asked me to email him my hotel reservation confirmation which again did not make any sense to me. I was not given any paperwork or receipts even after paying the city tax. Without explaining why he asked me for my credit card the reason being if damage anything and decide to run away was his explanation when I asked him why. I have been to Rome 9 times in 10 years and never came across such a strange check in process and I have been to so many other parts of Italy in those years and never went through that. I was given the the keys to my room and was told I was staying at the annex which was just next door, I wasn’t aware of this. The room was big, bed and pillows were comfortable, shower had good water pressure and had a constant supply of hot water. The bathroom was clean and big , rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and linen changed regularly The cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. Twice I found the main door to the annex slightly open which made it feel very unsafe maybe somebody had just left the premises and the Door had not shut completely yet. The rest of the staff didn’t seem very helpful or friendly either at this hotel, they were not helpful neither did they knowledgeable about restaurants recommendations. I asked for my receipts on checking out the same man who checked me in asked me if I wanted them! of course I did he, should have done that on checking in. There was no communication at all from the hotel prior to my arrival unlike with other hotels,
