    We had a wonderful stay at Koko Apartments and would happily return. The apartment was perfectly set up for our family with two children (aged 9 and 11), offering plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. We particularly loved the location, facilities, and the heated swimming pool, which was a real highlight for the kids. The only downside was the limited supply of amenities, particularly the dishwashing powder. We were provided with one sachet initially and, despite staying for seven nights, only received one additional sachet. When I asked for another, I was told there would be a charge. It seemed a little unreasonable that guests staying for a single night receive the same allocation as those staying for a week. A few extra essentials for longer-stay guests would make an already excellent experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Koko Apartments to families.

    It was really nice: centrally located, very clean, and perfect for my needs (attending conference at the Conference Centre , a short walk away) with a view of the beach from the balcony even though it was a city view room. I wish I had had more time to spent in the building and use the facilities. The after hours check in was a bit laborious (office hours 9-5), and then I lost my access card when I went for a walk the first night, so there was a fee for that and for the security attendance (so 2 fees ), but it was well explained, and fair enough.

    We were here for blues on Broadbeach. Great location. Good facilities ( lounge room with pool table) this was great. Clean and comfy

    I have stayed at Koko since it was first completed many years ago. Unfortunately, we have seen its demise. The furniture is unacceptable, uncomfortable, very dusty and old. The beds need replacing. I had to sleep in the second bedroom as the mattress in the master had no support on one side. My wife had to take antihistamines for the length of our stay. There were milk splashes all down the dining chairs that obviously were not cleaned after it was last occupied. The floors were very dusty and there is no vacuum supplied. The TV'S are very old and need updating. The window blinds do not block out the light and allow glare in which makes it impossible to watch the TV or sleep past 5am. There are so many new builds on the market and Koko need to bring their apartments up to standards of these apartments.
