This unit is so central to everything in Broadbeach. It's surrounded by shops, restaurants & cafes with a short walk to the beach and the casino across the road. The view of the park in front and mountains in the background are gorgeous both day and night. Great balcony for arvo drinks! The unit is really comfortable and has everything you need. It also comes with free parking which is a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in Broadbeach. The hotel is centrally located and super handy to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Great kitchen, very helpful staff, spacious apartment with a great balcony. A bit dusty some places inside the apartment is the only complaint.

stayed in Room 1802 at Mantra on the Park. While the apartment itself was lovely, there were several issues that meant I wouldn’t stay here again. There was virtually no soundproofing, so street noise was very noticeable. The air conditioning didn’t work and, despite reporting it, it was never fixed. The clothes dryer was extremely outdated with only a “hot” or “cold” setting and the hot setting shrunk some of my clothes. clothes drying rack was provided but there were only two pegs in the bucket, making it impractical to use. No coat hangers provided, only tiny wire drawers that didn’t fit the cupboard properly. The young receptionist was lovely and very helpful in resolving an issue with the body lotion dispenser, which I appreciatedc and a late checkout request. Major construction took place on the 11th floor, including jackhammering. I was never advised of this before my stay. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. The most concerning experience occurred on my final day. I had arranged for a 1:00 pm late checkout, but when I returned to my room, I found two staff members leaving after entering while I was out. This made me feel very uncomfortable, particularly as I still had access to the room until my agreed checkout time. For the price charged, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again and would recommend choosing another apartment instead.
