    I had a very comfortable stay and couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all the major transport links, which made exploring the city on my own effortless and stress-free. The room was cosy and well-appointed, and I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay. My only real complaint was the construction site right next door: every single morning I was woken up at 6am by the noise, which was frustrating when I'd been hoping for a bit of a lie-in. It's worth keeping in mind if you're a light sleeper.

    I had a pleasant stay with my children. I requested to have both king beds split to accommodate 4 people and was advised that there would be a $30 fee which I agreed to pay. When I checked in late, neither of the beds had been split, I called to request for them to be split and was told nothing could be done tonight. If I wanted the beds split I should talk to reception in the morning. I didnt talk to reception and just decided to stay without the beds being split. The next day housekeeping came into my room without my request or permission, split only one of the beds, a rollaway bed was placed in the lounge room and my account was charged with $30. I was not very happy about this.

    It was a good room the location was good for access to the Pacific fair shopping centre and beach but was a further walk to the main Broadbeach area and the convention centre. Only one car park is allocated for two bedroom apartments which I haven't had happen in the past so plan around that! The particular room we stayed in had a bathroom in-between the two bedrooms. And one of the bedrooms did not have a normal door but had a frosted glass rolling door, the curtains in the living room weren't very thick so it made the room very bright very morning. Overall black out curtains would have improved our stay. Overall it was a nice stay, clean and had good facilities.

    This place was not worth the money. The views were great but everything else about the room was low quality. Old worn and dirty furnishings, crockery, old worn carpet and furniture.
