Location, Facilities and even cleanliness depend on your expectations. That it is not right on the beach and that in a so called garden room the presence of ants can not be completely avoided are things you have to consider. Same about the fact that the proximity to the airport causes some noise because planes are taking off right above the hotel. Nut entertainment, restaurants and shopping is all within close walking distance, the hotel pool is reasonably clean and never crowded, private parking is provided by the hotel. Considering the price of a room I can say it is good value. Staff are friendly and efficient. Sadly on the morning of our departure there was a blackout in Chaweng but the hotel had no backup generator they could switch on.

Can’t really comment much on this place as only stayed one night and the electrics went off at 11pm and wasn’t back on when I left at 10am in the morning. Had to sleep through the night with no lighting and aircon. The reception staff charged my phone at the restaurant next door as needed to see my E-tickets for ferry travel. But considering all this, the hotel gave me a full refund in cash for my whole nights stay which I thought is very fair of them , so I didn’t pay to stay there for my one night. On that basis I can’t complain too much due to their consideration.
