    Exceptional service from the Front Office team, especially Run and Yavee. Both were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. They engaged in genuine conversation, provided clear and helpful recommendations, and made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. This is exactly what I expect from a true reflection of 5-star hotel — not only excellent facilities, but exceptional people who know how to create memorable experiences. And the French toast deserves a special mention — easily my No. 1 favorite! It was so delicious that I would honestly come back just for this dish. ❤️ Run and Yavee are truly a credit to the hotel, and the French toast is a reason to return. Thank you for making my stay so memorable! ⭐️✨
