This is a family resort, so, if you’re a solo traveler, you may find a bit awkward but the plus point is next to the louage station!
There were 90% of Algerians in September and they occupied the pool with easy access to the beach too.
The breakfast was great! I love the pastries although more or less the same everyday. I had one lunch and I think it would be nice to serve drinking water.
The room is spacious with small balcony to watch sunrise along the sea coast and the WiFi was strong!
The staffs, receptionists, bellman, housekeepers, restaurants servers, waitresses, and animation team, all were top notch service! Not to forget even the Director!
This is a 30 years old 4 stars type of resort. The bathroom is still the old style with a bathtub. If the resort needs to maintain its 4 stars standard, might need to slowly renovate and upgrade as simple as install drinking water machines, diversify programs from animation team, have fusion foods etc. Promote different packages for different types of markets for young people or digital nomads.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service at a hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The biggest disappointment was the reservation manager — a lady whose attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving issues, she spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience to her.
