I arrived at 17:00 07 nov, thnx for girl receiption which gave me good room and I was happy because of her, I hope will back to Dar ismail soon

"I had an unsatisfactory experience at this hotel. First, I paid the full amount including taxes on the booking site, but when I arrived, I was asked to pay an additional 18 dinars. When I inquired why, they said it was a charge I had to pay directly to the hotel. Secondly, I specifically requested a large bed in my booking, but the room I was given had two separate beds that were simply pushed together to resemble a large bed. On top of that, the refrigerator in the room was broken. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy their vacation, as these issues could ruin your stay. However, the evening entertainment was somewhat enjoyable during this time."

The only bizard thing, 5* hotel there is no wifi inside the rooms, you must go to receiption space to connect
