    The check in process run smoothly, the receptionist is a nice person made me confortable, the breakfast could be improuved

    I expected so much more from this hotel but instead I got a room with a fridge that didn’t work. I had to tell staff twice before they changed it and even the fridge they brought in didn’t work. On top of that, it had a horrible smell. The sink kept getting blocked too. Soundproofing was either non-existent or not very good. The remote for the TV barely worked. Reception staff were very friendly and mostly helpful as was the housekeeping lady. The staff at the door/concierge are not very welcoming and don’t even smile. Overall, not the best stay and not the Tunisian welcome I was expecting.

    Very nice, modern and clean hotel. Excellent customer service. I'm not sure about the location because this is my first time in Tunisia. But the street outside was not great.

    Great stay! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely come back again.
