    لقد كانت تجربتي في فندق داون تاون تونس ممتازة بكل المقاييس. الفندق نظيف جداً وموقعه استراتيجي وممتاز، حيث يقع في منطقة آمنة وقريب جداً من المطاعم، المقاهي، والمحلات التجارية، مما جعل التنقل سهلاً وممتعاً. ​أما بالنسبة للخدمة، فالمعاملة هنا راقية واحترافية للغاية. وأود أن أتوجه بشكر خاص للسيد محمد في الاستقبال، الذي رحب بي بابتسامته المعهودة وحرص على راحتي منذ اللحظة الأولى، حيث وفر لي الغرفة تماماً كما طلبتها . أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق وسأكرر التجربة بالتأكيد كما ان هذه ليست اول إقامة لي في الفندق

    Firstly, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and had a very positive impression overall. However, my experience at the end of the stay was disappointing due to the attitude of the lady working at the reception during the afternoon shift. Her behavior was very unprofessional and unfortunately changed the good image I had of the hotel, making me reconsider staying here again in the future. On the other hand, the receptionist of the night shift named “Esam” was exceptional, and I would like to sincerely thank him for his kindness, hospitality, and professional attitude throughout my stay.
