    The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The first room given to me had faulty electricity (lights fluctuating due to a bad cardholder), poor cleanliness, and a malfunctioning AC. After 20 minutes they changed the room, but the second room was also dirty with stained bedsheets. The tea/coffee setup had only sugar sachets and no tea or coffee. The TV was not working either. Room service was disappointing — the tea was bad and the coffee was extremely sweet. Overall, a very unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t rate the restaurant or service more than 1 star.

    Neat & Clean Washroom, Comfortable Bed, Nice AC, Mirror, Chair & Curtain were of good quality but dirty, rest all was good
