    He didn’t even listen, I only stayed for few hours and still he didn’t approve early checkin took half of the room rent extra then provided, i only stayed for four hours and he took 1 and half days rent, also breakfast was free and I ask him could he provide breakfast same day as I’m not going to stay overnight he straight forwardly said no and also I’m mot going to book any room for agoda now on as it didn’t provide and assistance in this matter, worst experience, now book only thorough booking.com and other aggregators

    Overall, my stay was comfortable and satisfactory. The hotel, however, was average in terms of cleanliness and hygiene and could benefit from improvement in these areas. On a positive note, the staff were extremely polite, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. I would also like to express my appreciation to Agoda for offering this accommodation at a competitive price.
