My stay at Supernova Spira was disappointing due to several issues that significantly affected the overall experience.
The kitchen was not properly equipped. Basic essentials such as salt, sugar, spices, and even essential utensils were missing, making it inconvenient to use.
The bathroom was also lacking basic toiletries. There was no toilet paper, soap, or shampoo provided, which is unacceptable for a property of this standard.
The biggest concern was the poor customer service. I had to make multiple phone calls and send several messages to request assistance, but there was little to no response from the staff.
Additionally, the air conditioner was leaking water throughout the stay, and despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved promptly.
The property has good potential because of its location and overall appearance, but it needs significant improvement in housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a much better experience for future guests.

I had a disappointing stay at this Airbnb. The room was not clean when I arrived, and the bedsheet was dirty. Several electrical switches were not working, the washroom lights didn’t work properly, and the shower was also not functioning.
The property was poorly equipped. There were not enough utensils for preparing or eating food, and basic essentials such as tissue paper, toothbrushes, and soap were not provided.
Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

I have never seen hotel room like this no staff support bathroom water leakage toilet paper not available hand. Wash no avilable balcony is not proper clean
