This hotel is one of the worst hotel I ever booked and they blamed everything on AGODA app for all the issues.
First they took city tax rs 499 and said that it is for all the hotel but next day I checked in hotel bloom and they took nothing. Whom to blame For it AGODA or this 'Durgandh Palace'?
I called him in the morning and requested for early chekin by 8:30 AM. And they said to come. When I arrived there he asked for rs 800 for the same.
The hotel has NO LIFT.
NO FIRE EXIT.
SAME ENTRY SAME EXIT LADDER.
IN CASE OF ANY FIRE NO ONE WILL BE SAVED.
It's not a hotel but a death trap in case of any fire.

The offer looked attractive at first, but after completing the booking, an additional City Charge was added. Because of this, the benefit of the offer was significantly reduced. If the City Charge was mandatory, it should have been included in the total price from the beginning instead of being added later. Charging it after the booking feels misleading and creates a poor customer experience. Pricing should be transparent upfront so customers know the actual amount they will pay before confirming their booking.
