    I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. During the initial booking, I specifically booked a family room with a view. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a family room without the advertised view. After checking in, I intended to rest at around 4:00 PM, but there was a continuous loud noise that sounded like construction work. When I contacted the reception to inquire about the disturbance, the staff were unable to provide a clear explanation regarding the source of the noise. Later that evening, I raised the issue again with a staff member. I was disappointed when the explanation given referred to residents of a particular race, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. Guests should be provided with factual and respectful information, regardless of race or ethnicity. Overall, the room provided did not match what was advertised, the noise disturbance significantly affected my comfort, and the handling of my concerns by the staff was unsatisfactory. I hope management will review this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to improve guest experience and staff professionalism.
