Friendly staff, clean but small hotel. However, we had a small incident whereby the tv in out didn’t work when we tried to connect to Netflix or view channels. We informed the hotel management and did change the batteries in the tv remote, changed the remote, and tried to check if other rooms had the same issue, it was concluded that our room tv only had an issue and the technician will be only available next day morning. Thr hotel management didn’t offer to move us to another room that was available, instead we spent the whole day/night in the same room., we checked out the next day. Honestly, though the room was clean, staff were friendly, but I believe the hotel is quite overrated, especially considering nearby hotels such as Tembo Kiwengwa that we have spend 2 nights in, had great facilities and helpful staff.
