A beautiful, clean hotel. We were warmly welcomed and checked in by Ali. It is clear that he takes pride in his work. We immediately noticed the lovely, fresh fragrance in the foyer and lounge area. We asked Ali about it and learnt that he actually makes his own room spray! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious with everything in working order. The breakfast was sufficient and the cay and Kahve freshly made and plentiful. The beach and shops, restaurants were all in walking distance. Will definitely recommend Ikarus Hotel to other travelers.

Booked & paid for a triple sharing room, but, it is not available during check in time, then, the hotel owner brought us to another sister hotel (a few blocks next) which triple room is available. The style of the hotel is different from what we have booked, first booked was a modern style of room while the second hotel we stayed was a Turkish traditional styles (colourful, golden, antique furniture).
Pros: Good Location (near to restaurants & convenient shops), good value of money, friendly staff, toilet amenities (standard), cold air-conditioning, water pressure (shower) on acceptable condition, others including hair dryer & fridge, breakfast (buffet style, basic variety).
Cons: street parking (limited, narrow space), WiFi (not stable, sometimes slow), late breakfast time (starts at 8:30am, causing delays in departing time to other town), no kettle.
