We recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, everything was exceptional. The room was comfortable, the amenities were great, and the location was convenient. However, we were disappointed with the morning receptionist. She did not greet guests as they walked by the lobby, nor did she acknowledge anyone going to breakfast. It seemed like she was more focused on whatever was on the TV rather than providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, during check-out, the customer service representative didn’t offer any conversation, and there was no smile or acknowledgment of our stay. A simple "thank you" or any friendly interaction would have made a big difference. Despite these issues, the rest of my experience was positive, but the lack of hospitality in these interactions was a letdown.
