It was super easy to check the employees were super nice room was clean. The only cons were the instability of the WIFI I was unable to connect or use my cell other than for texting and calling. Also their was no balcony chairs of furniture to enjoy the oceanfront view had to carry out the computer chair and the ottoman that was in the room. Those are my only two complaints also get there kind of early and don't move your car parking is super limited,

This being a Hyatt Regency I expected a much better facility. The roof in the dining room was in disrepair. When it rained water poured from the ceiling. The Roma smelled moldy and the room were constantly wet and sticky. The smoke detector malfunctioned and they never brought in a replacement. The staff on the other hand did the best they could to make our stay enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to makes us comfortable. The rooms were clean but I believe there is water damage in the walls. The ownership really needs to step it up and restore this beautiful facility.
