This newly renovated, 188-square-foot studio is located on the ground floor of the Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort. It offers beach and ocean views, plus convenient access to the pool and beach.
The studio is compact and cozy, making it best suited for one or two guests. It features a full-size bed, a spacious bathroom, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
As a ground-floor corner unit, you can step outside and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise and ocean views. The studio is also just steps from the pool and tiki hut, making it easy to grab a great spot in the morning.
The studio includes:
Mini refrigerator and freezer
Microwave
Coffee maker
Cups, glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils
Soap, shampoo, and conditioner
Bath towels
Large flat-screen TV
Basic cleaning supplies
The beach is accessible from the south side of the resort, where you can walk for miles and may even catch a space launch.
Important information:
Free parking is available, but trailers over 16 feet are not permitted.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the studio.
No pets allowed.
This studio is privately owned and located within the Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort. Occasionally, there may be noise from resort maintenance or other hotel-wide activities that are outside our control.

You will want to verify that the door has no issues. I had trouble with the handle sticking and it apparently was not locking. I would suggest you verify prior to booking.

We booked this room for the Daytona Jeep Beach 2026 event. Communication with the host was excellent from day one, always very responsive and willing to answer any questions. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and precise.
The room is very clean, well maintained, and has direct access to the beach and pool—perfect for one or two people. The parking is very spacious, which was a big plus. The location is also excellent, with pharmacies, supermarkets, pizzerias, and more just a short distance away.
This will definitely be our first option when we return to Daytona!

Great room for 2. Location was perfect, restaurants left and right of hotel. Not far for uber or bike ride to light house. Pool and beach access were wonderful with onsite bar/ grill. Highly recommend Owner was kind and easy to contact.

The floors in the apartment had not been mopped, the air was stuck on 60 degrees almost froze to death … No extra blankets, and did not give us the code for internet was very disappointed will not rebook..
