Pirates Cove 4th Floor Remodeled Condo, Balcony closd

We loved the location and the view.

Room floor could have been cleaned better. Half way thought out stay the door lock died and had to use the key the rest of our time there.

Location

The electronic keypad for front door is pretty much useless during the day because you can’t see the numbers due to a combo of glare and the condition of the keypad.

The location of the property was great. Great location on the beach, walking distance to putt putt, gift shop and CVS.

The parking lot was half closed off because of construction so only 1/2 people could park there. Then it says over flow parking was in the CVS lot across the street, we ask CVS and the property has not spoken withCVS about that being an over flow for them. Another thing the only staff most of of the week was a parking lady that was just a board member. She was not helpful at all. No place to wash off when coming off the beach so all the sand on you from the beach you had to take back to the room. Elevator had no air in it all week and did not work but a couple days while there. We had supply our own toilet paper, trash bags while there. Also, booking.com has the unit having a balcony well it was closed did not find out till on the way down Friday June 26. Shower did not have good water pressure. The WiFi was down July 3-4 . No place to get any ice at the property so we had to purchase ice all week for the cooler for the beach. During our stay construction was going on so at 7:30 every day we had workers at our window. Also, we parked in the 4the parking spot from road to beach entrance and the concrete dust and trash blew all over my car and no one was going to tell us the property did not have those spot marked off which they should have been with the wind bland the workers working on that side of the building. So I have to pay to have my car detailed. The batteries in the door lock went dead and I had go buy batteries so we could get in the room all week.
