    Unit is good in value. Private bathroom. Studio is big in size. TV can play YouTube. Very close to lake tekapo. Check in using PIN code. So cannot help in store luggage

    New and spotless room! Great location! Given room B. No sound proof, can hear room C karaoke from 11pm onwards. The only window is in the toilet. Room does not have windows to let cool air in. Please fix toilet glass door, unable to close properly.

    Clean room, had all the necessities needed and close to town. Suitable for a travelling couple.

    property lied about their check in time 3pm. when i arrived, my room was not cleaned. the cleaning staff asked which was my room and rushed to start cleaning. no apology. when i went in, the smart tv box was disconnected. the room wasn't properly prepared. had to troubleshoot the connection to the tv because of weak signal. when i confront the property regarding this issue, the property denied and offered zero solution. it was an extremely unpleasant experience and caused much disruption to my travel plans.
