This is a room in a multipurpose building rather than a standard hotel, which wouldn't be an issue if the service were better. However, it is incredibly frustrating that you cannot reach the host via Line, phone, or the Agoda app. Communication is practically nonexistent. We stayed for 5 days and asked multiple times to have the soap dispenser refilled, but it was ignored. I also requested a bedsheet and blanket cover for my child multiple times, and it never happened. While the location is great and the room looks nice with the curtains drawn, opening them reveals a balcony covered in a massive amount of bird poop. Furthermore, the sewage system is terrible, causing the entire room to smell from the bathroom day and night. The bedsheets are made of a synthetic material that generates static electricity with every movement, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Housekeeping is also a letdown—we put the "please clean" tag on the door, but it was completely ignored. All in all, if the management fixes these issues, this could be a decent unmanaged property given its excellent location.
