    The location of your hotel is very good, the cleaning is also very good, the staff is also polite The problem is that there are some problems with your facilities. When the parking lot is full, it is very difficult to park the car. And you don't have anyone who can pick up Lauggage and leave it in the room and take it from the room to the car at the time of check-out. The customer has to do that himself. So this is a weak point of yours. You should fix it.
