    It was a good hotel with good location. Reception staff was cooperative specially Alijon.

    This place is nothing like what is shown online. Calling it a hotel is misleading—it looks more like a poorly maintained hut or a cheap roadside guest house. The stairs are unsafe to climb, the rooms creak with cracking sounds, and the furniture is old and raggedy. The WiFi works maybe 40% of the time, and there is no restaurant, no lobby—just a tiny corner with a worn-out sofa where staff actually sleep at night while guests are coming and going. There is no room service at all, so expect to do your own cleaning if you stay here. The staff lost the master key to my room, and I had to wait almost three hours into the night before I could finally access the room I had already paid for. To make things worse, only one staff member speaks very limited English, which makes communication nearly impossible. The whole place feels claustrophobic, like a coffin, not a hotel. It lacks the most basic hospitality services and standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.
