The common areas were reasonably clean, the staff was generally friendly, and the facilities were okay. However, my check-in experience was not very pleasant. I had requested a lower bunk bed in advance, and I understand that special requests are subject to availability upon arrival. What disappointed me was the receptionist's attitude when handling my request. I understand that the request may not always be accommodated, but a more polite and welcoming approach would have made a difference. Overall, the stay was just average. There are some good points, but unfortunately, the check-in experience affected my overall impression. I might consider other accommodation options for my next visit.

No proper luggage area and locker. Room congested with luggage. Should put odor minimizer or refresher to the capsule area. Improved room ventilation
