I was late for my check-in due to a 3 hour train delay. The hotel was kind enough to still allow me to check in by myself when I arrived. I paid the late check-in fee in the morning (The fee was very fair).
If you want your own private room but still within a budget, I highly suggest staying here. There are only some floors with showers but honestly I never encountered another person when I used them. Theres also a cafe in the hotel which is very convenient.
Honestly the only downside for me was the 10 min walk to the train station. Although there's literally a bus station in front of the hotel entrance! Riding the bus is easy if you have an IC card.

Very nice staff and the hotel was always clean. Good restroom system and convenient 24 hour coin laundry on the tenth floor. Couldn’t be happier.

Good value for money in Tokyo

In a manageable location for tourist sights in Tokyo, mostly just one train change & not too far distances. Have your own room but toilets & bathrooms are shared. To me, this is a better deal than an usual capsule pod. But place is a little old & run down. Fortunately it's clean & reasonably maintained. Coin laundry machines available & it felt clean enough to use. Front reception's white women is strange behaving & a little rude. Will definitely return for a budget stay.
