    Hotel is basic but very close to termini And provide lot of convenience in transportation

    There was lady staff afternoon , she was very rude , refused to give any kind of assistance rooms change , yelling to the guest starring in very weird behavior, I can’t believe it’s a hotel in Rome downtown where destination of tourists around world , they need to train not recommend for anyone to stay there she will make your stay unbelievable
