This is the perfect budget friendly hotel to stay in. It's location can't be beat. It is only a few minutes walk to Termini station (which has all the trains, even one direct to the airport). Nearby is a plethora of restaurants, eateries, and gelato places to choose from. Also all the tourist destinations such as the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum you could potentially walk to or are a few train stops away. The AC worked great and there is a hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall that is really easy to use. Plus our room came with a balcony which was a huge unexpected bonus. Hotel room and amenities in room look a little on the older side but no complaints here. Even on the top floor, water pressure of shower head was great.

Close to Termini, just right at the heart of the city. Colosseum is just a walk away. We had a great stay.

Charged us expensive city tax when we came in, only to be met by wet carpet when we got into our room, which was small. For comparison, we stayed at a 2 star hotel about 8-10 mins away from this one around the same price point, so much more bigger and cleaner. Air conditioning is super slow, they provide body wash in small plastic packagings. Did not change towels for the entire duration we stayed. We’ve stayed in other hotels around this price range in both Naples and Rome and truth be told the two star hotels in the surrounding area are much more nicer compared to this. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. However, knowing what I know now it is at a very touristy place with tourist trap restaurants (although the food is yummy) if you choose hotels slightly further away from the train station (abt 10-15 mins away) you’ll get a more authentic, quiter, comfortable feel of Rome. Would not stay here again, and would not recommend other people to stay here.
