    This was our 3rd stay at this hotel . We love it because we sleep so well and no noise and the area is great for everything This time we where in an shared door area of an A& B which most are like that . We were in the B and we had teenagers in A they had friends in 2 more rooms on that floor we put up with the banging of both doors the partying till 4.10 am when we rang the reception the reply was what do you want me to do . I said if you wouldn’t mind asking them to keep the noise down would help . Someone did go to speak to them but it didn’t help much. The next day we where out till 6 pm n went to change the party was back up going strong the noise was shocking We went to reception to explain everything on our stay and the lady was nothing but amazing she then moved us to another room which was just like our previous experiences. We would go back again but I do feel that when the hotel as bookings of groups of teenagers they should inform them that they are not the only people in the hotel
