    ⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The facilities and services provided are nowhere near worth the price charged. • Room service is very poor. There is no telephone in the room, making it difficult to contact the reception or request any assistance. • The hot water facility is extremely poor. The hotel uses a central/common geyser, which is switched ON and OFF at the staff's convenience. As a result, hot water is not available at night or early in the morning, making it very inconvenient for guests. • The rooms are old and poorly maintained. The interior, bed, bedsheets, blankets, and furniture are all of very low quality. The entire property urgently needs renovation and restoration. • The hotel misleads customers through online booking platforms. Premium-looking room photos are displayed online, but upon check-in, guests are given rooms of much lower quality. This is misleading and feels unfair to customers. • Hospitality is extremely poor. There is no proper welcome at check-in. Guests are not even offered drinking water or greeted professionally. • Even basic complimentary amenities such as a dental kit, shaving kit, and comb are not provided. • Value for money is extremely poor. The quality of the facilities and services does not justify the amount charged. My Opinion: This hotel is not suitable for business travelers or high-profile guests who expect comfort and professional standards.

    Not couple-friendly at all. Even the basic amenities were missing. We had to ask for drinking glasses, and they only provided disposable paper cups. There were no cutlery or towels in the room. Paying ₹3,200 for a room with such poor service was very disappointing.

    The behavior of the owner of this hotel is really bad, they do not have knowledge about the hospitality industry. Firstly, they haven't mentioned any specific rules on websites that unmarried couples are not welcomed and when I arrived at the hotel for check in they told to cancel it on my because if they cancel it, then there would be a negative impact on their agoda profile.
