    Location : Very good. Very near to AB road. Just adjacent to a mall. It has 2more hotels in the same line. Has Utsah restuarant just at the backside. Rooms: We booked premium room with bathtub, a day before our checkin we enquired the property, they mentioned they have booked standard twin bed sharing room for us because they overbooked at their side. We reached out to Agoda for resolution, they connected with the hotel and told that they will refund us the difference. However when we reached the hotel, the standard twin room had dirty bedsheets and we had a very unpleasant feeling there. We told the receptionist if they can request for a change of bedsheets to that the girl at the counter mentioned they will do it in the evening. Our whole mood was ruined that where are we staying. Later in the evening when *** ji came, we asked him for the refund to which he offered us a different room with the same size except the Bathtub. I must say *** ji treated us well and made sure we are satisfied with the new room which we were. Thanks to him that we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast: They have 3 options of food which are good in taste. The restaurant sitting is in the open. Items were freshly made and was good. Good service. At the time of checkout, we were asked to wait. After 15-20mins of wait when we enquired again if the checkout is done, then the receptionist went to clear and check the room. So the checkout process was not smooth for us. Overall it was a okay stay for us, thanks to Satish ji. Had the same resolution being provided to us by the receptionist at the start, we would have a wonderful stay. 👍 Suggestion: please avoid over booking. We tried to reach out to you on Agoda chat as well from many days, but no one responded there. Had the chat being checked, we would have known that the room is downgraded.

    Rooms clean and location also good but not managed well. Had to repeatedly ask for utility kits ( eg: dental kit, wardrobe hangers). Breakfast provided in the plan is not up to the standards. Have stayed in better hotels with similar room fare per day paid in Indore.
