    The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. I needed to convert Indian currency to NPR because I had a bus to catch, and the reception staff assisted me very well. There was one female receptionist and two male staff members, and all of them were polite and supportive. The room was very good and suitable for couples. The bed was big and comfortable, and the overall privacy and atmosphere made it a comfortable stay for couples. Room service was also nice. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. The food was very tasty, and the restaurant on the 6th floor offers a beautiful mountain view, which was very relaxing and perfect for couples. One small suggestion (not a complaint): when hot water is needed in the bathroom, the tap has to be kept open for around 10 minutes, and even then the water is not very hot. This also leads to water wastage. Also, there is a window in the toilet for ventilation, but the window frame is broken, and sometimes toilet smell spreads inside the bathroom. It would be good if the hotel looks into this. Overall, I had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, couple-friendly, and offers good service, tasty food, and a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend it.
