The reception staff were exceptionally professional and polite, creating a positive first impression.
Overall, the experience was positive, but the hotel needs to improve by offering proper customer parking.

The restaurant and the hotel staff are very friendly and hospitable.
Some of the informations were not shared at the time of check in. The bathroom commode was not clean. Their airport pick up agency is not reliable.
