    The hotel doesn’t have any life and no luggage assistance was provided to us. Also the hotel owner was a bit furious as we prepaid the booking via Agoda and was insisting to pay directly there via their QR. It took us some time to settle things up. Moreover the cleanliness was not upto to the mark and was like only given as Kam Chalu type. We booked with the breakfast included package but the breakfast was denied by the hotel staff and said we don’t provide any breakfast. We have to again call Agoda and get the refund back, which they did but this is not acceptable. If you are travelling alone, you can still book this hotel but if you are with friends or family I would never suggest

    They are keenly against online booking saying that they are losing hotel business if all payment are online. I need to convince them to let me stay. Terrible room

    This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Not only was the room , but the staff showed zero interest in resolving issues. "breaking point" traffic noise so irritating. Save your money and book elsewhere; there are much better options in the area.
