    The hotel stay was overall pleasant. The property was well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our visit. However, the hot water geyser in the room was not functioning, which caused some inconvenience. I hope this issue can be addressed for future guests.

    The TV is on, but none of the channels are recharged, and when asked, they say that no guest watches TV here. Very bad service provide by agoda..😡
