    Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, 5 minute walk to lovely restaurants, 1 min walk to the metro. Very clean hotel. Good size room. Everything we needed.

    Great full breakfast with amazing croissants and staff. Location is a bit out of the way but numerous metro stations are nearby. Room with 2 twin beds is very small but clean. Beds very comfortable. AC works well but power turns off when you leave the room.

    Our room was clean, the staff was both friendly and helpful. Only 1 block to metro and various bus stops. Public transit is great. I wish the room had a bench at the end of the bed instead of a bulky chair that took up too much space, which would be better used for luggage storage. Otherwise, I really like this hotel and will be back.

    We booked a room from a booking site the room that was pictured was not the same room. We were put into a handicap room (neither one of us are handicapped) the only room on the lobby floor. The room is Next to the lobby public bathroom and hotel kitchen. Every time someone went into the bathroom the door slammed our wall and our sleep was disturbed at 5am when the staff starts getting the breakfast ready. In our bathroom The toilet is in the same space as the shower which was moldy and it felt like we had to wear shows or our feet or socks would get wet but then it felt weird to wear shows in the shower. The hotel clearly states Its a nonsmoking hotel. Apparently that doesnt apply for a very small garden area right off the lobby and the window of our room. We had opened for some fresh cool air as the AC unit didnt seem to cool off our room. So we noticed outside was cooler and opened the window. I also didnt feel like a hotel guests but more like the the staff was sneaking in some friends in their worst room. However we were paying guests. When we checked out we advised lady at desk the concerns only about the smoking and AC and her reply was as if it was our fault for opening the window and not telling them about the AC. It was rather disappointing because it looked like other guests were pleased with the hotel and I think we would have enjoyed our stay had we not been in the handicap room off the lobby. Our interaction with the front desk night man was great. He was very kind and helpful. The hotel lobby was nice welcoming comfortable and clean. It's too bad our experience was with the only room where we coukd hear everything from the lobby floor.
