Stayed for 2 nights with family. Must say, the manager was very cooperative and guided for everything properly.
Customised breakfast provided on special request. Rooms are very spacious and feel like luxury staycation.
Only thing I didn’t like was limited variety of food options, especially for vegetarians.

after agoda booking being dishonoured by a rogue rustic villa in hatton we found this hotel being forced to drive on to n eliya.Thid hotel eas outstanding value except for lack of a lift.The manager and front office excelled.Sadly one man in the diner was overheard cursing foul mouthing the hotel management ..a very ugly habit done near clients...feel sorry for the management.

We were extremely happy with our stay in Hotel Grand Turf
Amazing view from the balcony. The room was very well maintained and spacious
The food we ordered from kitchen also was good
Exceptionally good hospitality by the staff especially the female staff (sorry couldn't ask the name) at the front desk who went ahead extra mile and helped me break down larger note , delivered clothes etc.
