The hotel is dirty ,the staff is not very helpful ( except the one lady who checked us in/out )
The refrigerator didn’t work and when we reported,the lady at the desk said that the manager is not going to be in till next day . The WI-FI didn’t work and they didn’t care . The staff around bever acknowledged us when we got in /out . We didn’t feel very safe . Lowd music was till 1-2 AM ,not very easy to sleep . All in all ,we were very disappointed about the condition of the hotel and the staff not being able to help with anything .
Very sad experience.
