    We arrived late in the evening, but check-in went very smoothly. The two ladies at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast. The room was small, but it was comfortable and sufficient for the two of us. Since we only had a small suitcase, the space worked well. The main downside was the housekeeping. When we first checked in, the trash from the previous guest had not been emptied. On the second day, I noticed that the coffee cups and spoon had not been cleaned properly. Thankfully, the hotel offers complimentary coffee downstairs in paper cups, which was a nice touch. On the third day, our towels were not replaced, so we had to request a fresh set. On the fourth day, the room wasn’t cleaned until very late in the afternoon, and we had to ask for extra towels again so we could shower before leaving for our next tour. As a result, our used towels had been sitting in the room for three days waiting to be collected. Despite the housekeeping issues, the friendly reception staff, smooth check-in, complimentary breakfast, and free coffee made our stay enjoyable. With more consistent housekeeping, this hotel would provide a much better overall experience.

    Good location 5-7’ to metro and bus stop and all the tourist spots are very walkable. But not in center so quiet enough. Couldn't hear other rooms but heard everything in hallway. Cleaning closet in hallway next to room so was noisy in the morning. Friendly staff. I had 2 rooms and one of my rooms air condition did not work. Very stuff and hot my kids had a hard time sleeping in that room. Otherwise happy with this hotel.

    We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during end of April / start of May. For the price we were very happy with the accommodation. When we were looking we saw so many hotels hundreds of euros more expensive so this was great value and had all you need. Location is great, it was extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, if anything, the beds could have been a little comfier but over all would definitely recommend and stay again - especially great if you are on a budget
