    If you need a hotel in Naga, it’s the only one that’s there so I recommend it but if there’s another choice, I wouldn’t stay here. The value for money doesn’t give justice. It’s too pricey yet there’s not much into it. The price is similar with 4 star hotels in the city yet it does not offer the same services and facilities. The hotel looks like a 1-star. The shower was slow. The air conditioning was weak. And the other room booked for a wedding didn’t get housekeeping right away. The shower gel & shampoo are terrible. However, the crew were amazing.

    First thing, I don’t what kind of hotel bar has 15-20 different bottles of liquor clearly in stock, but tells you that can only make TWO cocktails. Tequila sunrise and Pina Colada. Gross. Ordered the “family size” appetizer order of wings. Got 5 COLD, small little wings that were horrible. Then found out the restaurant staff was “immersion students” basically people that have no idea how to do a job, trying to figure it out as they go. It’s not my roll to be a test dummy for your inexperienced and LAZY kitchen & bar staff. All in all the rooms are nice and clean. But the restaurant & bar sucks. Don’t waste your time or money.
